Obituary for Vicente Gonzalez
Vicente Gonzalez, 60, died Saturday May 16, 2020 in Garden City Kansas. He was born October 19, 1959 the son of Jose Gonzalez Merino and Amelia Aguilar Venzez in Indaparapeo, Michoacán, Mexico.
Mr. Gonzalez came to the US when he was only 16 years old and worked very hard all of his life. On November 5/ 2016 he married Blanca E. Velo-Ramirez in Ulysses Kansas. He enjoyed soccer, working, spending time with his family and tending to his garden.
He was preceded in death by his Parents and Son-Gerardo “Gato” Gonzalez.
He is survived by his Wife-Blanca Gonzalez; Children-Carlos “Koda” Gonzalez, Maricela Gonzalez, Yadira Villalba, Olga Gonzalez, Nancy Arenivar and Blanca Hernandez.
Visitation will take place Monday May 18, 2020 from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm at Garnand Funeral Home, 412 N 7th Street, Garden City, KS 620-276-3219. Memorials are suggested to the Vicente Gonzalez Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
