Obituary

Garden City- Marjorie L. Seba, 92, died on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice in Wichita. She was born on May 29, 1928 at Rozel the daughter of Irvin & Lola (Speer) Franz. She married Arlyn J. Seba on May 18, 1946 at Great Bend. He died on April 18, 2003.

Marjorie graduated from Rozel High School. In 1959 she and her husband moved to Garden City and she worked in customer service at Dillon’s for 20 years. She was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary. She enjoyed camping with her husband, traveling and especially being involved with her Grandchildren.

She is survived by her 2 Sons- Franz & Marietta Seba and Kent & Marilyn Seba all of Garden City, 4 Grandchildren- Kelly Seba Wise of Wichita, Jared Seba of Garden City, Jeff Seba of Hopkins, Minnesota and Kris Reimer of Garden City, 5 Great-Grandchildren- Addison Seba, Jace Seba, Charlie Seba, Cara Seba and Darby Reimer. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband and 2 Sisters- Eloyce Arnold and Beverly Loving.

A private family service was held at Valley View Cemetery in Garden City with Von Hunn officiating. Memorials are suggested to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice in care of Garnand Funeral Home. Condolences may be posted at www.garnandfuneralhomes.com

Franz & Kent, Beth and I send our condolences and sympathy on the occasion of the passing of your mother. Your folks were fine people and my parents and the Santa Fe Motor Co. crew thought the world of them.
